It is our policy to prevent (or minimise) any negative impact arising from our activities on the safety, well being and health of our staff and other persons (that may be affected) and the environment.
Our policy covers the following:

i) Community Affairs
To establish and maintain cordial relationship and to be sensitive to the needs and concerns agreed with the community during consultation.

ii) Safety
All work must be executed in a safe manner to protect life, avoid accident and prevent any form of disability. Safety training will be concluded to ensure that employees work in a manner that safeguards everyone at or near the work site.

iii) Health
Plan and carry out all our activities in a manner that preserves the health of all company and contractor personnel

iv) Environment
To reduce any impact of our operations on the environment. To apply all practical and reasonable measures to minimize the generation and to manage and dispose of all unavoidable waste in an environmentally friendly manner.

v) Security
To ensure that personnel and property are secured in all our operations. In pursuance of the above policy, relevant Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) are provided for all exposed staff and necessary training provided for management and staff alike. Every individual staff is charged with the responsibilities for CASHES. As a minimum all relevant National/International regulations, client requirements and our procedures shall be adhered to.

vi) Contract Specific HSE Plan
A contract specific CASHES document shall be prepared for each project. The document will be made available to the our customer for review, vetting and approval before project start-up. This document shall be reviewed regularly and remain live throughout the execution of the project.
